It is mandatory to fulfill the new agreement form and to submit with 1000 Rupees as renewal fees at head office till date 25-03-2021.
If not done then the head office will evaluate the centers after 31-03-2021 and your center will be removed online from board’s website .
From 01-04-2021 to 30-04-2021 the board will accept the form with 2000 Rupees as late renewal charges.
